What does Real Customer Service Mean to You?

Through experience, I can personally attest to the effectiveness, the low cost, and the consumer fulfillment for an organization who gives the highest priority to customer Service. Thousands of years ago, the “Good Book”, I believe gave credence in verse “Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you”.  I believe this best describes customer service in as simple, as all encompassing, and as easily understood, as any description I have witnessed. This emphasis on Service should be repeated in your organization at every available opportunity. It should be a key word in your firm’s vocabulary. At minimal or even zero cost it improves relations between your customers and personnel, but it also increases staff morale, as complaints become greatly reduced.
